Why Yii?

Writing "Hello World" in PHP is quite easy but building an actual web application becomes complicated quickly. As soon as you want to manage security, write DRY code, or leverage MVC design techniques, PHP seems lacking. In the past I've worked with Ruby on Rails but found that there's still a lot that's hard with it - especially when it comes to hosting and deployment in an economic and flexible manner. 

This is where PHP frameworks come in.

glance = to take a brief look (intentionally) - lanciare un'occhiata
glimpse = to take a brief look (unintentionally); a "glimpse" can also be intentional, for example, when someone is trying very hard to see something and then finally catches a glimpse of it. When intentional, a "glimpse" usually requires more effort, or maybe some stroke of luck. - guardare di sfuggita (qualcuno/qualcosa) 
stare = to give a rude look to somebody; a "stare" is not always rude--I can stare at someone in the same way I might gaze at him or her. Also, you can definitely "stare" at things, which is hardly ever rude. "Staring" generally just means to look at someone or something for a long time, for whatever reason. - guardare fisso, con intenzione, fissare.
gaze = to give a romantic look to somebody; when referred to "someone," it does have a romantic sense, but when referred to something, it may simply have a sense of tranquillity, remarkability, astonishment, etc. For example, "to gaze at the stars." guardare con insistenza, intensamente.
contemplate = to observe deeply; this does not have much to do with sight. - contemplare, guardare con ammirazione  
skim = to read inattentively; yes, but not in a negative sense. It simply means "to gather the main idea(s) of a text by reading it quickly." - scorrere (un testo)
scan = to read with attention; this word can overlap with "to skim" at times, but you're right that it usually means "to read more diligently," in the sense that the reader attends to every part of the text. - scrutare, analizzare con lo sguardo 
peek = to take a brief look, secretly  - sbirciare
peep = to take a long look, secretly; yes, and this verb is usually used in the progressive: "he was peeping" or "We are peeping"--which adds to the idea of a longer length of time. - spiare
peer = to observe searching something; I think you mean "to search for something by making an observation." Also, "to peer" is usually followed by a preposition--"to peer into something," "to peer over something." - scrutare, aguzzare la vista

[澳洲]黑白鳥-黑背鍾鵲(Australian magpie)

黑背鍾鵲（學名：Cracticus tibicen），又名澳洲鵲或澳洲喜鵲，是澳洲及新幾內亞南部特有的一種雀。牠們屬燕鵙科下的鍾鵲屬。牠們曾一度被認為是三個不同的物種，但現已被確認為單一個物種，而其下已知有9個亞種。成年的黑背鍾鵲長37-43厘米，羽毛呈分明的黑色及白色，有紅色的眼睛及黑白色的喙。雄雀及雌雀的外觀相近，只能從背部的斑紋來辨認。牠們的腳很長，大部份時間都會在地上行走。據此很多學者都將牠們分類在獨有的Gymnorhina屬中。黑背鍾鵲亦被認為是澳洲最多才多藝的鳴禽，可以發出不同的叫聲。

黑背鍾鵲是雜食性的，主要吃無脊椎動物。牠們一般都是留鳥及有地盤的。牠們適應了人類居住的地方，如公園、花園及農地。1860年代曾將黑背鍾鵲引入到紐西蘭，但因驅除了當地的鳥類而被認為是害蟲。在索羅門群島及斐濟也有引入黑背鍾鵲，但牠們沒有成為入侵物種。

澳洲的春天是黑背鍾鵲的季節，繁殖期的黑背鍾鵲會對入侵的動物帶有攻擊性。黑背鍾鵲是很多澳洲運動隊伍的吉祥物。

效果設置方法

將某區塊加入 id 標籤如：

<section id="home"> ...

</section>

然後設置連結如 ：

<a href="#home">Home</a>

還有我發現如果我的標籤是 tab開頭就沒有滾動效果 如 id="tab1" ，但是 id="1"就可以
不知道是什麼bug 或者衝突。


還有如果是 Dev Slider 的設定是

"Click" 後執行 "Simple Link"的動作 目標為 "#tab33"(就是這裡我設定tab開頭，沒有滾動效果) Link Type "a Tag Link" (預設的"jQuery Link"則不會有效果)
